| Unusual Waves Over H.A.R.R.P Facility |
As Dr. Richard Williams, a Harvard-Trained Physicist describes it as, " H.A.R.R.P is the world's largest electromagnetic broadcasting station and may represent an escalation in the electromagnetic war. The project is a joint creation by U.S Airforce and Naval research. Publicly it is an ionosphere research instrument. However, it can be used to control weather and do electromagnetic sweeps that could do mind control of large population." H.A.R.R.P, which is located 30 miles from Alaska U.S.A, is the real focus of any missile defense that strategic defense initiative (SDI) suggested to be.
Technically, H.A.R.R.P holds the ability to focus heat and the unprecedented amount of billions of GigaWatt making it literally million of times more affective in heating the region about 150 miles above the earth's surface. The ionosphere is a very thin layer above our earth which absorbs dangerous ultraviolet radiation, which makes life possible on earth. The disturbance in ionosphere could lead to disturbance in the weather changes such as normal occurring sun spots and solar winds.
Furthermore, the main idea behind H.A.R.R.P is the ability to direct electrons along the naturally occurring electromagnetic field lines of the earth and accelerates them nearly the speed of light to develop a protective shell of highly excited particles that not only block communication worldwide but destroy missiles and their trajectory from space. The effects can be localized by punching a hole through the ionosphere to superheat an area 30 kilometers in diameter to a plasma shield. Any missile or aircraft would be destroyed if it tries to fly through the plasma, which is the fourth state of matter.
A hole in an ionosphere above an enemy country could kill by allowing the solar radiation distract the surface of the earth unhindered. Furthermore, weather modification can also be used as an instrument of warfare. Interestingly, the public patent was titled, "a method and apparatus for altering a region of the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere and magnetosphere. Dr. Bernard Eastland, a physiciats who holds a patent for 'fusion torch' also hold dozen of other related patents that were purchased by corporations such as 'Esystems' had some fasicinating facts. For example, from the research i found, espically patent # 4686605 claims that following uses of H.A.A.R.P.
--> Cause total disruption of all communication over the very large portion of the earth
--> Missile and Aircraft destruction
--> Deflections or confusions
--> Weather Modification by altering solar absorption
--> Altering the composition of the atmosphere.
Now folks, here comes the astonishing part. This patent was classified by the U.S Navy and Air-force under the National Security Order in 1987. Moreover other patents exists for the purpose of the following:
--> Power beaming systems
--> Creation of the artificial ionizing cloud above the earth
--> Nuclear sized explosions without radiation.
In addition, the ionosphere is prone to catalytic reaction. In simple words, it means if a small part is changed, a major reaction could occur in the ionosphere. Stanford University experiments of beaming radio-waves which are very low frequency waves into the magnetosphere detected the signals half way around the world with some of them amplified thousand times. When the first attempt of testing was done without knowing if the chain reaction would stop or keep going. One of the scientists admitted that the government knew that the scientist didn't know about the decision to put several GigaWatt of energy into the ionosphere that could cross a threshold. However, the research facility was built in the name of "Research project on atmosphere" and the top officials deny to classify further details regarding H.A.A.R.P.
Furthermore, H.A.A.R.P has the ability to work with the earth's topography and trigger an earthquake anywhere in the world. The question now is, earthquakes in the past few past years were results of H.A.R.R.P? Well, many people claims that were as they have seen many clear evidences such as colored radiation on the sky before the earthquake or a bright spot light above the sky.
Some people also claims that the government has its own interest in such criteria, which it wants to keep it underground from the general public. More or less, facts are still present from which one can raise a finger at the government for its involvement and misusing such technology. For example, as i mentioned earlier about various signage prior to earthquakes in different parts of world. Such technology can no doubt be used to trigger those earthquakes. One should always see both perspective of the picture rather than just seeing what we are shown on media and believing it as if it was "true guaranteed" because the story is quite opposite than this. H.A.R.R.P is something which nobody would talk about openly on the media as such project are kept secret from the public and interestingly, some are even sugar coated and presented in such a way that public doesn't even realize what has been happening behind the scene.
Bottom line, i think, we should all keep our eyes open and should stand on neutral grounds to understand the reality and seek to highlight it, aware people and spread the message.
